Sicario: Day of the Soldado           2018 is the year of sequels and prequels.  Is Stefano Sollima’s Sicario: Day of the Soldado just as good, if not better than the original dark crime drama or will it fall flat on its face?            Day of the Soldado starts out with so much going on at the same time that if you don’t pay attention you will be lost for the rest of the movie.  First, there is a lone person who blows himself up while trying to cross the Mexican US border.  Second, three suicide bombers kill people in a Kansas grocery store. Uncle Drew           Six years ago a simple Pepsi commercial turned into several YouTube shorts and has now blossomed into a full feature film. Charles Stone’s Uncle Drew is this summer’s sleeper breakout comedy.           It’s the 50th anniversary of the Rucker Classic and Dax (Lil Rel Howery), a salesman at FootLocker, has been haunted of childhood and current failures ever since his shot was blocked by the “white boy” Mookie (Nick Kroll).  Determined to regain his self-respect, he sunk his entire savings to enter his team Harlem Money into the Classic for a chance to win $100,000. 00 grand prize.           Unfortunately, things don’t go as planned.  After giving his star player Casper (Aaron Gordon) and his boys the newest shoe to hit the streets, he loses his team, his girl Jess (Tiffany Haddish) and his home to longtime rival Mookie all in the same day.  To make matters worse, there is a video of him trying to take back the shoes he gave Casper that made it SportsCent

Bayona’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom dinosaurs are fun and entertaining to watch, but that is about it.  Fallen Kingdom begins where Jurassic World left off.  It is now three years later and the surviving clone dinosaurs on Isla Nubla are now threatened with extinction by the now active volcano, Mt. Sibo.  It is only a matter of time before the volcano erupts, destroying the island killing all of the dinosaurs.  Now the debate about whether to save them or let them die is the topic of discussion around the globe.  The debate has even sparked Senate hearings to try to pass legislation to that effect.  On one hand, we see Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) testifying at a hearing that man has meddled in things he should not have and that God killed the dinosaurs for a reason millions of years ago. Let the volcano do its thing.  On the other, Clair Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), the former park operations manager of the Jurassic Wor
